COMET aims to provide SMEs in the processing sector with a tool for competence assessment.
Based on national and European qualification standards (EQF), the tool is used to identify the competences of employees – in particular low-qualified, elderly employees.
The model tool is adjusted to the individual conditions and needs of the relevant company. It is to

describe the requested competences in a company

describe the competences of each individual

show the gap and guide the participants towards further vocational training
So the tool provides an immediate and clear overview of the competencies of employees.
